With 12 rooms upstairs it's an ideal space for a group up to 12 with everyone having their own room (shared lounge & bathrooms). We do however have 22 beds in different configurations if you want to bring a larger group and happy for your team to share rooms.
We also have you covered with transport for up to 18 people on our own Khartoum Bus. We can pick you up from Newcastle airport if needed, or if you make your own way to the hotel, we can ferry your team around the golf courses and wineries.

The recent business group trip to the Khartoum Hotel and Hunter Valley was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire weekend was exceptionally well organised and delivered beyond expectations.
The accommodation at the Khartoum Hotel was excellent, with comfortable and well-presented rooms, fantastic hospitality, and service that made everyone feel welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Chris and his staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
The food was another highlight of the trip, with great quality meals and an exceptional dining experience throughout our stay. The Hunter Valley provided the perfect setting for both business networking and relaxing with the group.
One of the standout moments was the breakfast team catch-up with Adam Ashley-Cooper, which provided a fantastic opportunity to hear his insights, experiences, and stories from his career. It added a unique and memorable element to the trip and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone involved.
The golf day at Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club was another highlight, with a fantastic course and beautiful surroundings creating a memorable experience for the group. The wine tour was equally enjoyable, showcasing some of the Hunter Valley’s best wineries and local experiences.
The accompanying bus service provided through the Khartoum Hotel was also excellent, making travel seamless and stress-free throughout the trip and allowing everyone to simply relax and enjoy the experience.
A special mention also needs to go to Dan and Jimmy from EnPerSo for the effort and organisation behind the scenes. Their planning, coordination, and attention to detail played a huge part in bringing the entire trip together and ensuring everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Their work made the experience effortless for everyone involved and was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a first-class experience with great people, outstanding service, memorable activities, and exceptional organisation. A highly recommended destination and experience for any business group looking to combine networking, team building, and enjoyment.
